Bio
Vincent Sha serves as the inaugural Associate Dean of Information Technology and Operation for 糖心Vlog视频's Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences. In this role, he is responsible for developing IT strategies and operational resources to support all aspects of the college's administrative, teaching, and research missions.
In response to the emergence of the latest consumer Large Language Models (LLMs), Vincent has been charged with the leading the adoption of generative AI for Dietrich College. His team developed CMU’s first approved generative AI based learning interventions and continues to push the boundaries of AI tool creation and adoption. Through this work he has received generous funding from the and helped establish CMU's Open Forum for AI in collaboration with University Libraries and other partners. He currently serves as the Technical Lead of OFAI under founding director Sayeed Choudhury.
