1. Under Display Controls, tap where you’d like the additional device to display (left, right, or both).
2. Under Devices, tap the additional device to display (i.e., Desktop, Document Camera, etc.).
3. (Optional) Under Display Controls, tap Blank Screen/Unblank Screen to toggle the room screens on or off in the corresponding location.

1. Place the materials under the document camera.
2. Tap Document Camera (Doc Cam) on the touch panel. The document camera will be projected in the classroom.

Note: Document Camera controls (zoom, brightness, etc.) may be located on the document camera itself or on the touch panel (for ceiling-mounted document cameras).

1. Under Actions, select Video Preview.
2. Tap Desktop to preview on the monitor.
3. Tap Left Display or Right Display to preview additional devices (if applicable).
4. Tap the arrow to return to the touch panel menu and exit Video Preview mode.

If you have remote participants, start the Zoom meeting for them.

1. Connect the blue USB cable, labeled Conferencing, to your laptop.
2. Tap Conferencing on the touch panel to use the conference camera and microphone.
3. Open the Zoom app on your computer.
4. Select your profile icon > Settings.
5. Verify the Video and Audio settings:
   • Video - select the one for your room: USB Capture SDI+, HuddleCamHD
   • Audio (Speaker) - Crestron (Crestron)
   • Audio (Microphone) - Dante USB I/O Module (Gates 4401 & Wean 7500), Shure ANIUSB-Matrix (Wean 4708) or TesiraFORTE for all other rooms
6. Use the Zoom app to share your screen.
7. Adjust your camera view through the Zoom app. 

1. Click Share from within the Zoom meeting.
2. Select either your desktop or an application and then click Share. The toolbar will move to the top of the screen. 

• Auto Tracking - used to enable the presenter view and automatically track the presenter.
• Chalkboard - preset used to focus on the camera on the room chalkboard or whiteboard.
• Audience - preset to show the full classroom/audience.

Before you begin, make sure:

• An iOS device (iPad or iPhone) with the latest version of Zoom installed and configured
• Your laptop AND iOS device are on the same network (CMU-SECURE is the preferred).

Follow the steps below to share:

1. Click Share from within the Zoom meeting on your laptop.
2. Select iPhone/iPad and then click Share.
   DO NOT share computer sound to avoid audio feedback. 
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect your iOS device.
4. Select Device on the touch panel and tap Laptop to share in the room. 
   

You can also  on a shared screen or whiteboard within the Zoom meeting.

1. From your Zoom meeting, click Record. Remote participants will be notified that the meeting is being recorded.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Select Record on this computer to save the recording to your hard drive.
   • Click Record to the cloud. You will receive an email with a link to the recording once it's available for viewing.

2. Tap Doc Cam on the touch panel.
3. Click Share Screen from within the Zoom meeting.
4. Select Advanced and then Content from the second camera.
5. Click Share. The document camera will be projected in the classroom.

Note: To toggle between sharing your document camera, audience view, and presenter view, click Switch Camera within the meeting.
